"This class begins by defining troubleshooting - both from the general perspective and more specifically how it pertains to the stage. Next, we look at the concept of Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA Loop) and how this mental exercise can better prepare you to solve problems. We will go into greater detail on how to apply the definition and OODA Loop concept into solving problems on the stage. We will get into some tools to help us diagnose our systems, and finally, we will create a problem and talk through how to solve it."
