The first day of this workshop will be a review of Suzuki's basic forms - getting these movements solidified and creating a sense of community. Day 2 will be about taking these forms and adding on to them: how can we start to use these positions and movements to aid in storytelling? How can we advance our connection to these forms in a more creative and artistic way? Participants should wear movement clothing and be prepared to sweat.
