Copper in sheep is complicated. The copper requirement and toxicity margin is so narrow for sheep, manufactures have removed from feedstuffs. This has caused a potential deficiency in many areas. This project is looking at three producers in WV and measuring the potential benefits of supplementing copper in diets with Copper Oxide Wire Particle Boluses (COWPB).
