In this session we will explore the various challenges that arise when you are newly promoted to a supervisory position, or when you come into a new center as a supervisor. There are many challenges associated with this - and navigating relationships can be difficult. We will identify some of the most common challenges, identify some ways to mitigate and manage those challenges, and we will include open discussion with the class to learn from one another. It's not all about us - we are all leaders. This class is perfect for brand new supervisors/managers, as well as those who are interested in becoming supervisors. There's no time like the present to start preparing for the future.
