Historically marginalized theatre practitioners and artists face issues and difficulties in theatre on a daily basis. Sometimes, dealing with them individually is impossible because of the work environment or lack of resources. Through this panel discussion, participants and panelists share their experiences and learn from each other to support and create an educational theatre community together. Panelists: Shana Joslyn (McDaniel College), Howard Patterson (University of Pittsburgh), Miso Wei (Carnegie Mellon University), Kerstin Vaughn (The College of Wooster), and Naoko Skala (The College of Wooster).
