This will be a discussion for faculty and student designers on how to shift their design process to make accommodations for performers with invisible disabilities, especially autism and other neurodivergent identities. We will try to cover the most common design challenges in costuming, lighting, sound, sets, etc., and discuss ways to make tech rehearsals more accessible for everyone.
