This workshop is for students/faculty interested in starting a USITT* Student Chapter** at their institutions and students and professionals with USITT memberships who want to exchange their knowledge and experience to maximize the USITT national conference in March 2025 in Columbus, OH. *The United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT) is an organization that promotes dialogue, research, and learning among practitioners of theatre design and technology. It has grown to include members at all career levels and has embraced the new technologies being used in entertainment. **The USITT Student Chapter is a group of peers acknowledged by the national organization of USITT. Student chapters help to expand the reach of education beyond your school to the world of theatre and the pioneers who continue to change our industry. The Student Chapters are also established to provide opportunities for students wishing to further their experience in technical theatre, design, and management through education, outreach, and networking.
