Participants will: 1) Build upon their knowledge of how to begin the transition assessment process; 2) Learn how to use a transition assessment finder for locating age appropriate transition assessments; 3) Become familiar with a transition assessment bank as a tool to individualize data for the transition assessment process; and 4) Practice using these tools to identify needed information based on student profiles.
