Participants will distinguish compliance checks from coaching, identify evidence-based look-fors, script objective observations, and deliver concise, growth-focused feedback using simple two-way communication tools. They will leave able to design a streamlined walkthrough tool, plan a feedback cycle, and use strategies that build teacher trust and capacity. The session moves from brief research to time for collaborative planning.
