As aviation leaders we all share a unique and innate desire to help others; to make a difference in a way that only our noble professions can do. At the very core of this is the critical need to stay true to our calling and more so to those around us. This presentation is a personal deep dive into real-world examples of how this psyche can and does change over time, and the importance of remaining true to our callings to be effective leaders.
