Through a detailed case study, participants will see practical examples of how to translate assessment results into actionable, team-based strategies tailored to meet diverse communication needs. Additional valuable resources, including the Functional Listening and Visual Modality Assessment (FLVMA) and the AAC/CVI Matrix. These tools complement the Communication Matrix and provide additional support for individuals with complex communication needs, particularly those with sensory impairments.Attendees will leave with a clear roadmap for using the Communication Matrix as a foundation for intervention and access to resources that support a collaborative, individualized approach to enhancing communication for all learners.
