This session will be a debrief of an incident on the North Forsyth High School campus. It will cover initial response, on-scene command, and the reunification process.

The presentation will address the major areas of concern when a tragic event happens on our campus. The purpose is to debrief each step of the incident and share our successes and lessons learned This will include the initial response of the school system employees, law enforcement, and EMS. We will then discuss the process of forming a unified command at the school. Finally, we will discuss the evacuation procedures that were used for moving 1100 students into reunification.
