Eric brings more than 26 years in public safety with a passion for serving public safety practitioners during technology transitions. Eric has presented multiple sessions at National NENA, APCO along with multiple State conferences & events. Eric has a strong desire to make complex topics understandable and provide strategies to lead complex projects. With a background in technology and project management Eric has led numerous public safety projects for state, regional, and local government agencies. Specializing in project leadership with cross-functional stakeholder groups Eric has demonstrated the ability to achieve project success through collaborative stakeholder engagement. Prior to contributing to 911 Eric served the Nation as a U.S. Marine for thirteen years including a decade as a non-commissioned officer leading Marines.
