This townhall will be an open forum and space for moderated dialogue to challenge participants to take the lessons learned from our conference back to their respective programs. Specific tools and suggestions will be offered. Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will be able to describe and integrate the lessons learned at the conference to enhance their teaching, supervising, and advising on campus. 2. Participants will be able describe the role of disruption in clinical training and its implications for improving instruction, innovation, and programming. 3. Participants will be able to list examples of disruption in action.
