This presentation discusses the transformation of academic integrity practices in Irish higher education following the MyMaster scandal. It outlines the formation and impact of the National Academic Integrity Network (NAIN), highlighting the growth of institutional policies and leadership in academic integrity. The talk presents outcomes from a national research project assessing NAIN’s impact and the creation of a new national academic integrity policy. It emphasizes the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration, tools for policy implementation, and legislative backing.
