This presentation will provide helpful tools that can be placed in your Selfcare Toolkit to combat those feelings of burnout.
Objectives: Participants will discuss what burnout is and the effects of burnout.
Participants will identify their own stressors and triggers.
Participants will engage in a self-care activity.
Participants will create a plan to combat burnout and enhance their own care.
