Using techniques from Eginton Alignment, Trish Arnold swing and release work, and Linklater voice work, this workshop will explore physical alignment, breath, and voice, and offer tools for preparing yourself physically and vocally for rehearsal or performance. Recommended: Yoga mat or towel to lie on, movement clothes, no tight jeans.
