Pacific 4
Infographics are a powerful tool that can help health communicators present complex information quickly and easily. Because they use visual storytelling to display and contextualize data, they can be ideal for reaching audiences with low levels of health literacy — and you don’t need to be a designer to use infographic strategies in your work. In this hands-on session, we'll share practical tips for creating effective, engaging infographics that combine a clear main message, strong supporting data, and vibrant visual design.
This year the breakout sessions are categorized by content domains established by the Job Analysis Task Force to describe competencies of a Health Literacy Specialist.
*This is a Communication domain course.
