This talk will look at how consortia(s) have handled reconciliation projects with unmediated ILL requests. It is based on real world experience from a consortium that recently migrated to a new software system for unmediated requests, while at the same time still addressing issues from the pandemic that affected ILL departments. As the software migration did not transfer over requests made in the previous system it required the development of a new workflow(s) to deal with open requests from the old system while implementing and using the new system. The first data received on open requests exposed additional issues that needed to be addressed in order to create a working file. As this process continued workflows needed to be modified or developed to finalize closing out all open requests while recognizing that each library in the system would have different requirements and needs to consider.
