The session covers the official definitions, key behavioral indicators, harm criteria, and practical assessment strategies.
Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the official definitions and key behavioral indicators of child psychological maltreatment according to the APSAC practice Guidelines (2025 edition)
2. Identify the primary caregiver behaviors that may constitute CPM and the corresponding indicators of harm or risk of harm.
3. Understand the negative effects and long-term harm of CPM on a child's healthy development.
