People fall into one of three groups when it relates to change and innovation. The first group will try anything, while the second group waits to see what happens to the first group and the third group waits for a mandate before changing behavior or joining in on an activity. Organizations are the same way and that should not surprise us since organizations are made up of people. The challenge with innovation as an organization could come down to simply which people are in which seats. You may have teams at an organization ready to INNOVATE, but Executive management or the Board holds YOUR Institution back. Financial institutions who rely on core providers also must recognize that people in those organizations may be the reason for the lack of innovation or for the speed in which innovation occurs.
In this session we will highlight the challenges you may face in bringing innovation forward and provide helpful tips in overcoming objections
