As Educators/Administrators, we must adapt to these changes within our classrooms and schools. We cannot afford to ignore the unique qualities our children bring to the classroom; the notion of treating all children/people/families identically is no longer viable. This session will explore the changes we can implement to better accommodate the diverse learners we serve.
