The session will convene esteemed panelists from local school districts from the State of Colorado with the focus on what they are specifically doing to recruit and retain diverse educators. Of the 55,000 Colorado educators, less than 900 are Black. This will not only be a candid conversation but an opportunity for attendees of the session to engage in critical conversations around data, best practices and a call to action.
