By choosing to practice happiness, flourishing and mindfulness we become our best selves and learn the tools and techniques to share with others. Our happiness is a moral obligation to ourselves and those with whom we share our lives. When we learn the skills to care deeply for our own lives, we are able to model and practice these skills with others.All participants will learn the science and research as it relates to flourishing and thriving. The majority of the session will be actual practice of skills to incorporate into daily life. They will have a journal of these practices to keep and continue to guide them through sustaining their own practice. Some of these practices will be breathing techniques, deep gratitude journaling, heart coherence and daily mindful attention.
