What is EFT tapping? The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a combination of acupressure and positive psychology. Verbalization of an issue while also stimulating the acupressure points creates a sense of calm within the body’s energetic systems. Tapping can be used for many issues, including pain, anxiety, phobias, and stress relief. In this workshop you'll be introduced and gain first-hand experience in this modality.
