This session will discuss the fundamental requirements of the Purchasing Control Provisions of the Quality System Regulation. With Purchasing Controls being a regular part of FDA inspections, and consistently one of the most frequently cited 483 items, this session will go beyond the regulatory requirements and address agency expectations with respect to supplier qualification and management. The session also will review common audit and inspectional findings as well as best practices to ensure compliance and to avoid findings and observations.
