Together we will review compiled, anonymized results from Five Maples’ client mailings including all sizes of fundraising shops, many of them New England-based. This is information you can’t find anywhere on the web!
You will see recent, actual metrics such as acquisition and retention rates, recovery of lapsed donors, average gift, cost to raise a dollar, and return on investment. You will learn to evaluate the performance of direct mail fundraising and use the sometimes-surprising insights to guide decisions about lists, formats, how much and how often to ask, and timing to improve your results.
We’ll use breakout rooms and a survey to gather input on your practices and give you an opportunity discuss them with your peers. You’ll leave with a summary that you’ll want to share with your ED and Board. You won’t want to miss it!
