The program provides students with individualize support to assist with managing their behaviors so that they have a least one skill to try when they return to their school. The program also provides school staff with a transition plan that supports the transition of the student back to their learning environment by coordinating if needed wrap-around services for families and ultimately skills for schools to address the behaviors differently.
