This session explores what it looks like when instructors stop judging struggling students and start getting genuinely interested in them. Grounded in Knowles’s principles of andragogy, the science of psychological safety, and the surprisingly practical wisdom of a fictional soccer coach, you will leave with a framework for knowing your students better and a set of tools you can use in your next cohort.
