During this session, we will take a look at how to prepare your assisting instructors so that they can actually assist the lead instructor with not just teaching/evaluating students, but also provide record-keeping that will benefit both the student and course records. We will primarily discuss the use of rubrics for instructor and student evaluation, but the content may also give you a few more ideas for EMS classroom management, consistency, and record-keeping.
