This workshop will share strategies for intentionally aligning your community school vision with initiatives undertaken by the school and its partners in support of student success. Using Anthony Bryk’s school improvement framework as a base, the presenters will employ a case study approach to assess the role of principal leadership in an effective New York City community school.
