Instructor BIO
Sean Silvers is the Lead Instructor at Guild Solutions Group and has over 21 years of experience as a police officer in a large department in the Mid-South. For the past 17 years, he has worked full-time as a full-time member of a tactical unit in Special Operations. Throughout his career in Special Operations, Sean has held various positions, including Patrolman, Sergeant, and Lieutenant. He is also a certified public safety bomb technician, a member of a regional Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) response team, and serves as the bomb squad commander. Sean has accumulated more than 3,000 hours of training in numerous areas of law enforcement. During his time in Special Operations, he has successfully conducted multiple hostage rescue missions and managed several barricaded suspect incidents over the span of 17 years. Hhe was awarded his department’s Medal of Valor in 2014 for rescuing a teammate who had been shot during an operation. Additionally, he received the department’s Special Operations Officer of the Year award in 2018. As a certified firearms instructor through both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Rifle Association, Sean is qualified on various weapons platforms. He takes pride in instructing across the full spectrum of law enforcement while maintaining a practical approach. He has taught building-clearing classes for police academy recruits, delivered various courses for patrol and narcotics officers, and provided training for command staff on critical incident response and management. Sean has also instructed numerous SWAT and tactical teams throughout the United States in breaching, tactics, and operational theory.
Course description:
This 8 hour workshop is designed to equip law enforcement, tactical teams, and first responders with the critical skills required to overcome access barriers and execute situational movement entry tactics. Participants will receive hands-on training in manual tool breaching techniques to gain rapid, controlled access to structures while maintaining operational safety and precision.

Clear Eye Pro & Ear Pro, Gloves, Water / Hydration Container, Training Uniform (long sleeve & short sleeve), Writing or note taking (manuals will be provided) equipment, Manual breaching tools (not required, but encouraged)
