Every learner is unique: in fact, research shows the way people learn is as unique as their fingerprints. Universal Design for Learning (aka UDL) is an approach to instruction that meets this challenge by minimizing barriers and maximizing learning for all. All classes are highly diverse and the challenge is to give all students options to learn the way they learn best. Teachers will be tasked with reframing instruction to reach all learners. In this workshop teachers will be given strategies, tips and tricks to help students engage and master learning. This workshop is specifically designed for CTE teachers, but all teachers are welcome and will benefit.
