Listen to youth representatives from Ladakh (India), Brazil and Sweden talk about their engagement, how they are affected by global environmental issues both physically and mentally, and their opportunities to influence on an local and global level. Hey adults, what do you want to say? Should I, a child, take responsibility for the consequences of the fossil fast that you partied your way through? We are many youth asking ourselves this today. What opportunities do young people have when it comes to advocacy and how do they make their voces heard on a local, national and global level? Does children and youth engagemant vary across the world? Listen to youth representatives from Ladakh (India), Brazil and Sweden talk about their engagement, how they are affected by global environmental issues both physically and mentally, and their opportunities to influence on an local and global level. The panelists will also talk about what they think is needed to create so-called ’social tipping points’. Young people want to be part of the just transition, but the responsibility is too heavy to carry alone.
