Between FEMA, HUD, DOE, LPO, EPA and USDA, there are many billions of dollars available to support Puerto Rico’s accelerating solar + storage, much of it focused on the low-income population. How much of this money has actually turned into constructed projects as of now? Which of the dozens of different programs might impact (in a good way, or not!) help increase sales & installation of solar + storage across the various sectors of Puerto Rico?
