This presentation looks at how to analyze the tasks and jobs the workers do, and how we can use new methods of analytic evaluation when we observe the behavior. It will specifically focus on using data collected with cell phone applications and small wearable monitors. We will talk about how to use the data to improve the worker behavior in a real-time method that shows improvement and documents the percentage of change over time. This data can then be directly transferred into a dollar, and demonstrate the value of safety to the company by investing into improving the worker performance and better safety behaviors.
