Internships, properly planned, supervised and evaluated can have meaningful and positive impacts on the intern, supervisor, company and academic institution. Conversely, poorly envisioned, planned and supervised internships can result in bad experiences for all involved.
Moderated by Dr. Robin Lacy, the panelists will include three OSH professionals from three different industries that have utilized internships to help with OSH projects, reinforce the relationships with academic institutions, and as a recruiting tool to identify the next generation of safety professionals.
