This presentation will focus on the importance of Pre-job briefings (PJB's) discussing both the what and the why behind PJB's, and how important the PBJ process is to the identification of task, hazards and controls.
The presentation will also cover common pitfalls, errors and omissions found on field completed PJB's. Also included will be strategies and tactics for improving PBJ's.
