This presentation explores strategies for strengthening connections between medical laboratory science educators and clinical laboratory professionals. Areas that will be covered will be Interprofessional Education (IPE), Research Collaborations, 50/50 positions, and PRN employment. By sharing, educators and laboratory personnel can collaborate to keep MLS education current, relevant, and responsive to the evolving demands of the clinical laboratory profession.
