Inform Document Management (IDM) provides a central repository where all sorts of ERP and non ERP related documents can be maintained and made available to internal and external users. This session will help users understand how to plan and execute an IDM implementation and share lessons learned from a recent successful deployment. Attendees will broadly gain an understanding of the potential scope of IDM, and specifically learn how to configure settings, documents and users. Specifics of managing IDM documents in the IDM application and in the context app will be explored. Some of the documents covered will include; native ERP documents such as sales orders, Inbound EDI documents from external sources, AP Invoices from vendors, technical specifications for sales orders, user documents and videos for training programs distributed via IDM and other.
