The Advanced Purchasing Roundtable is an open discussion about real-world purchasing and inventory management issues. Attendee participation is strongly encouraged, both by bringing discussion items to the table and also by providing solutions to problems based on your own experience. Discussion items can be ERP-specific, such as how tools work, how calculations are made, and how to handle setup properly in SX. Discussion items can also be ERP-agnostic, such as best practices for vendor selection, how to handle new product lines, and whether to use a centralized or distributed purchasing structure. Bring your discussion questions and unique experiences to this session, which is part of the Advanced Inventory Management (AIM) track.
This session is a follow-up to the 'Maintenance and Exceptions' session by Robyn Reiter and is also intended to provide attendees of that session with the opportunity to ask in-depth follow-up questions.
