This session is a continuation of deep-dive on employee training. We will expand on the previous summary session in detail. The goal is provide an opportunity for those who attended the shorter presentation to dive deeper and address challenges specific to their own business environments. Questions will be answered, answers will be questioned. Including, but not limited to: - Creating a time table for program creation and delivery - Creating a role-based core curriculum for all employees - Creating training materials based on core curriculum - Trainer selection and training - Creating a company-wide training schedule - Delivering training to all employees - Assignment of weekly practice exercises for learning retention from training session to go-live - Creation of company-wide, regional and local support resources for go-live - Leveraging all the above to establish an ongoing training program for new employees"
