The Climate Center will host our second annual Climate Leadership Award reception at our CA Climate Policy Summit for attendees and invited guests. This year we will be honoring Senator Monique Limón's work to support a climate-safe future and environmental justice. Senator Limón, who represents Santa Barbara is Chair of the Senate Democratic Caucus, the Vice Chair of the Legislative Women's Caucus, the Chair of the Natural Resources committee and this year is leading the Senate Working Group on Cap and Trade Reauthorization. Come join us to celebrate this climate champion by lifting a glass in her honor. Appetizers and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.
