This session will cover an in-depth review of the available information on the Boar's Head Listeria outbreak. Using the USDA’s noncompliance reports for the Virginia facility, both individual findings as well as the overall root cause analysis will be analyzed. While the outbreak data is still incomplete, there are additional risk assessment factors to be explored that provide the context necessary to complete your own risk assessments.
