Using standards and regulations, this presentation will provide insights to the different vulnerabilities and threats to product manufacturing, storage and distribution, and packaging companies. Particular focus will be placed on the types of threats and the attackers, with specific attention on the common traits and motivations of the attackers. The presentation will conclude with the development of an effective VACCP/TACCP plan. This session will provide insight to understanding modes of attack and attackers. Delegate will gain insights as to whether the threats discussed are realistic in their facilities and best way to mitigate the risk.
