Facility Master Planning Process:
The VA is dedicated to optimizing facilities for operations and safety for the 21st-century Veteran through facility master planning & project development processes that combine technology, data analysis, and expert insights to create efficient, patient-centered HSW environments.
Development of Enterprise Portfolio Management Techniques:
Through a VA-wide coordinated capital investment prioritization program, beneficiary welfare planning is geared to “enable equitable access” through delivery of care “where care wants to be” regardless of the socioeconomic status of the veterans. The VA infrastructure modernization program is intended to “elevate the human experience” and “encouraged social interaction” through aesthetic improvements and insertion of gathering and interaction spaces throughout our facilities.
