This presentation provides insights into the evolution of a strategic cycle of the National Security Strategy that will enable the Government of Aruba and key stakeholders to continually protect itself against the development of threats and risks and ensures that the Aruban national security approach remains effective. The National security strategy approach to climate change and cybersecurity risks will be highlight as will the importance of cyber diplomacy and climate diplomacy as integral part of the strategy.
