This session prepares the attendee to build resilience against loneliness for yourself and the clients you serve.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will be able to IDENTIFY signs of loneliness and how it contributes to increased mental health problems.
Attendees will be able to CONNECT themselves and/or clients with effective strategies to reduce loneliness and improve mental health.
Attendees will learn ways to COMMUNICATE with others to build lasting and meaningful connections.
