This work describes a novel cell-based assay that was developed using human endocannabinoid receptors to measure biological activity of cannabinoid and terpene compounds found in cannabis products. We will present data that demonstrates the specificity, reproducibility, and efficiency of the assay and practical applications for its use in product development and strain selection.
