The ServSafe Manager training- WITH Certification offered by Raise the Grade is designed to help individuals earn their Food Safety Manager Certification. Participate in a ServSafe Manager training with a certified instructor to prepare for your certification exam later in the day. Participants will walk away with new insights to improve their instructional practices as well as the opportunity to earn their ServSafe Manager certification. The course covers essential topics such as: Basic food safety Personal hygiene Cross-contamination Time and temperature management Food allergens Upon completion of the training, participants will take the ANSI-accredited ServSafe Manager certification exam. Lunch will be provided before the certification exam portion.
